I currently have the privilege of leading the creation, management, and ongoing evolution of the Design System for the onboard interfaces of Renault Group vehicles (Renault, Dacia, Alpine). My responsibilities center around designing innovative components and ensuring their long-term maintainability, all while upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency across deliverables. This includes architecting and deploying multi-brand, multi-theme libraries using complex, modern frameworks to address the group’s broad and diverse requirements.

Collaboration and Advanced Workflow Integration :



In my role, I closely collaborate with international HMI engineering teams and the group’s Design Studio in France, ensuring robust integration into embedded infotainment systems. I have designed and deployed sophisticated workflows based on Android Automotive OS, supporting advanced use cases and accelerating production timelines.

Comprehensive Asset and Token Management :



Facing the challenge of asset management across a wide diversity of vehicle models, I maintain and distribute a centralized library of design tokens, with efficient export in JSON format for seamless handover to development teams. This ensures consistency and adaptability throughout varying digital product experiences.

Meticulous Organization and Documentation :



I have established a rigorous organizational system for Figma files covering documentation, categorization, and naming conventions which supports collaboration and enables quick scalability for new brands and themes. Leveraging advanced documentation tools, I ensure digital assets and guidelines are thoroughly documented and easily accessible to all stakeholders.

Establishing Robust Governance :



My responsibilities encompass setting up governance structures: defining standards, protocols, and processes that safeguard the scalability and sustainability of the Design System over time, thus supporting continuous innovation.

Demonstrable Scale and Impact :



Over the last six months, the Design System I manage has seen over 45,000 component insertions by more than twenty designers distributed across ten separate teams, demonstrating its scale, efficiency, and central role in the Renault Group’s digital ecosystem.

I work daily with Android Automotive OS and Google’s Material 3 framework to deliver robust, aesthetic, and scalable user experiences, and am committed to harmonizing state-of-the-art technology with collaborative, user-focused design.
